Bree Watson

Decho Kraev

was born in Savannah, Georgia, and began dancing ballet and tap at a very early age.  She strengthened her background at the North Carolina School of Performing Arts.  Prior to meeting Decho she taught ballroom in several studios in Knoxville, Tennessee and Minneapolis Minnesota.

was born in Karlovo, Bulgaria and began his competitive dancing career at the age of eight.  His talent, inspiration, and hard work brought him to the highest levels of recognition.  He enjoyed a successful amateur career.  And soon after began coaching junior couples who also had great success.

Decho moved to the United States in 2003, where he continued his career as a professional dancesport teacher and competitor at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Phoenix, Arizona. There he met his current professional partner and love of his life, Bree. The have enjoyed great success in the short 4 years they have been dancing together.  They are engaged and will be married in February, 2008.

Decho and Bree formed a passionate competitive partnership. To this point, they have had a remarkably successful professional career - now regular finalists in all major U.S. and Open to the World Professional events.  In 2007 their artistic expression on the dance floor elevated them to become the 2007 U.S. National Theatre Arts Champions. 

You can see and feel excitement of dancing together, especially in their Bolero.  They skillfully interpret the theme of love and romantic longing by expressing the drama and romance of this dance. They have tremendous technique and dance highly creative routines. All their movements are well thought out and Bree’s footwork is exceptional. Decho’s perfect balance creates a beautiful frame for Bree.  This allows her to show lovely extensions and fabulous lines. They have one of the strongest technical performances on the floor.  An exciting and attractive couple presenting the true character of each dance with distinctive elegance and sophistication.

Decho and Bree currently live, work, and train in the heart of Metro Phoenix - Tempe, Arizona. They recently acquired Ernie – a cute and lovely Yorkey - as their favorite companion. They practice every day, work with their coaches, take ballet classes and train at the gym to constantly improve and excel in their dance routines and technique. Decho and Bree love to get together with their friends and share their joy of the dancing.

Their hope is to project their love for dancing and each other to their audience.
